Hey there! I’m Sophie and I’m so ecstatic you’ve stopped by. 6 years ago I needed a change, I had tried every diet under the sun and nothing stuck. I was going to the gym 5-6 days a week and spending 2-3 hours there without seeing any results. When I did see results, they didn’t last very long and I would end up right back where I started. I saw an ad on Facebook for some at home workouts and decided why not give it a try, nothing else had worked. However, this time was different, I not only saw results, I was eating more + better foods, and my relationship with food began to change.
